Kelly Bair: Principal of Central Standard Office of Design assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago’s School of Architecture
Kelly Bair is principal of Central Standard Office of Design. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, most recently in the 1st Chicago Architecture Biennial (2015) and the 15th International Architecture Exhibition in the U.S. Pavilion at the Venice Biennale (2016) in collaboration with Kristy Balliet. Bair and Balliet have a joint venture called BairBalliet.
Bair is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at University of Illinois at Chicago and has previously held appointments at UCLA, SCI-Arc and Woodbury University. She is also co-founder of Possible Mediums, a collaborative of four architects and educators interested in shaking up the context and format in which architecture is made, taught and engaged.
